Across Warrington, the most frequently used form of warehouse storage for palletised products is pallet racking. Pallet racking systems make more efficient use of warehouse space, helping each square foot deliver greater value.
Rack-Master are Warrington’s pallet racking manufacturers, designers and suppliers. We’ll help you find the right industrial pallet racking system for your business and your budget, or custom design and build a new pallet racking system to suit your specifications and building dimensions.

Remember, all the pallet racking solutions we supply in Warrington are available as new or used pallet racking.
Warrington’s ‘standard’ pallet racking type, wide aisle racking enables forklifts of any variety to access the system and select any pallet at any time. Aisle width is typically 2.8m – 3.5m.
An ideal industrial pallet racking system for any new facility.
A pallet racking system that’s similar to wide aisle but, as the name suggests, uses narrower aisles (1.4m – 1.6m) and corresponding specialist forklifts to create a larger, denser storage capacity. Uses wire guidance systems and angled guiderails to help forklifts navigate tight aisles without causing damage.
A high density warehouse pallet racking system that doesn’t require block-stacking of pallets. Drive-in racking involves a standard forklift placing pallets onto cantilevered rails. Ideal for operations where similar products need storing in a limited space (eg a cold store).
This system uses a 'first in – last out' (FI-LO) process which makes accessing pallets at the back of the rack more time consuming.
This form of pallet racking installation enables a good flow of products whilst retaining high density storage. Rollers and gravity send pallets from the loading face to the off-loading face in a 'first in – first out' (FI-FO) system. Pallet live storage is ideal for operations requiring a regular rotation of stock in limited space. Accessible using most types of forklift.
Similar to drive-in pallet racking, this 'first in – last out' (FI-LO) high density storage scenario lets you off-load by level rather than by having to empty a full lane.
It’s deal for operations where space is at a premium and you’re storing several different types of product, providing pallets are not stored more than 4-deep.
We take a standard pallet racking scenario and customise it to enable lengths of carpet to be stored whilst protecting delicate fibres.
This pallet racking solution suits a counterbalance forklift with boom attachment, so drivers can ‘joust' carpet rolls via the central hole.
A pallet racking installation that stores pallets two-deep. This system offers good storage capability, but you will need a forklift with telescopic forks, and accessing rear pallets will require removal of the one in front.
There are two alternative pallet racking solutions for business storing coiled materials. The first is ‘eye to the sky’ storage where the central hole faces up. It enables storage of coils on a standard pallet.
The second option uses a coil cradle to store coils side-on. This enables forklifts to joust coils (using a boom attachment) and locate them quickly into machinery without any need to alter their orientation.
Heavy duty pallet racking is designed for bay loadings in excess of 20,000kgs or loads per level of 4,000kgs (depending on overall dimensions).
The key to a safe, heavy duty pallet racking system is its construction. As pallet racking manufacturers, Rack-Master can design and build your bespoke racking and tailor it to your specific loads and environment.
Typically, a heavy duty racking system requires a high capacity counterbalance forklift.
This system gives you a choice of 'first in - first out' (FI-FO) or 'first in - last out' (FI-LO), using a programmable shuttle device beneath each pallet lane to take pallets to the front of the pick face or to the rear.
Higher throughputs will require more shuttle devices running at any one time.
